What Day is this?

Well, what day is this??? I believe this is the day that many are in the valley of decision. Many are not sure what they believe any more. How do we know what to believe? There are so many opinions and so many voices telling us what to do and what to believe. How can we ever make sense of it all?

I believe we can know what to believe and I believe we can find peace with those answers. Where is this information found? In the Holy Bible. It is called “Holy” because it is just that, “Holy”. It was not written by man, it was written by the Holy Spirit of God. How do I know that? I don’t!! I believe that!!! I have made a decision to believe that the Holy Bible is truly God’s Holy Word to man kind. Can I prove that it is? “NO”! I was not there and I didn’t see it with my own eyes. I select to believe that it is!!! God’s word tells us when we believe even though we have not seen, that is “real faith”. I choose to believe even though I have not seen with my own eyes God writing the Bible. When I made that decision, peace came into my life. I have selected to believe that God’s word is true and what He has promised in His word He will do!!!!!! This brings comfort, peace, happiness and HOPE!!!

What day is this??? The day that many are in the valley of decision. Why don’t you pull yourself out that valley and begin to believe God’s Word!!!

Hey, I am different! Are you?

Our society likes to emphasize all the ways that we are different. However, God always sees us as the same. We are not very different, actually. We all have a spirit, a soul and a fleshly body in which the first two live within. We all are hopeless without a savior. We need our souls redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, our spirits set free by the blood of the lamb, and our flesh washed and healed by the blood of the lamb. Why is that so difficult for people to figure out? Is the question really, “who is the one to do the redeeming, the healing, the setting free’? Well, that seems very easy to answer, as well. Which God gave His only son to die for you? Which God said that He would accept you and love you unconditionally? I think that would be the one, I would choose. Why select to serve some religious diety that does not accept you or desires to help YOU!! Think about it!

Can someone, like me, really know God?

Is it presumptuous of me to think I could really have a real relationship with “God”? Who am I to think He would be interested in me???
The Bible tells us that “God so loved the world that He gave His only son to die on the cross so that WE could know ever lasting life”.
WOW! He loved the world and mankind so much that he gave His only son. What kind of love is that??? People don’t give much of anything anymore. They only want some thing. God is Love. He is Love. That act of giving was an act of “Unconditional love”. We need more of that kind of love in our world today. God is love, soooo, we must get to know Him. We must learn how to love like Him!!!! He said, “Draw close to me and I will draw close to you”. We must call out to Him to come near to us and to teach us His ways of love. That is an awesome idea to think that God loves me!!!! What do you think?

Our Changing World

Our president has admitted to being of Muslim Faith. In our country we have a pre existing law that allows, “freedom of religion”. That is well established and excepted; however, when any group of people, with an established faith, hates others of different faiths, and the religion allows the killing of those of other faiths~~~well, that is a Problem!!! How could a president of the US be allowed to support something (his own religion) that would go directly against the US Constitution? If he is not in line with the constitution (believes as our country believes) why would he want to be its CEO? Maybe it is to bring destruction from the inside. Can we really trust a person that “in his heart (where our religious beliefs reside) hates those of different faiths? What do you think?

The Season

The Bible tells us, “no man knows the day or the hour the Son, Jesus Christ will return”; however, the Bible does say that we can know the season of His return.
I believe that we have now entered into the season of His return. What does that mean? Well, I can’t say that it will be a day, a month, a year or 10 years but I can say that we are in a free fall status moving toward this event. I use this to indicate the speed at which I believe things are moving. I believe we will see changes come within our country and our world very quickly. We need to have truth established in our hearts to prepare ourselves for the challenges that we will face. Do you know in whom you believe or what you believe? If not, now is the time to find out and get your feet established on the solid rock (which is Jesus Christ). Then when the storm comes, you will be able to stand.

Time

What is time? Only that which we need to measure and to schedule. We need to pay more attention to “seasons” rather than time. We are in a season that will require us to “act”. Will we know “how” to act? What do you think about time?

There are still major oppositions at work against our nation. They speak as if they care about the people and the nation but it is all a deception. We must not listen to these lies. We must keep our eyes fixed on recovery for the people and by the people. We must arise, take our places as citizens of this United States and hold fast to our rights. We must not allow the enemy to destroy our nation after our forefathers fought and died for it. Let us arise!!!!!

The Devestation in Haiti

It is very sad to see the devestation that has resulted from the earthquake in Haiti. The people look so hopeless! What do you think we can do to help in situations like this one?

Information has begun to surface about an important date, Dec. 21, 2012. This date has surfaced because of the famous Mayan Calendar which abruptly ends on this date. However, the Hopi Indians and many other groups have pin- pointed this date as the “end of time”, as well. What do you think about this information? Do you think any of it is relevant to us today? Why do you think so many different groups of people would come up with this exact date? Will it really be the end?

I believe God would say to you, “come out” of your place of hiding. In I Chronicles 11-13 we find David has already been annointed by the prophet to be King of Israel but Saul was still in authority. As a result, David had to hide in caves from his enemy. God is saying to you: “Come out” from that place of hiding. Now is the time to stand against your enemy and find victory. “Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world”! With the Lord all things are possible!!!”
